I'm not overstating this, the classes were extraordinary and I was able to see cassava from a better point of view. Madam did not withhold any information necessary for success.
It was an eye opening class that can completely change one's perspective of agriculture especially, Cassava farming.
Thanks you madam, the lecture was very impactful and an eye opener to most of us especially the area of value chain of Cassava, logistics, rendering services, labour and exporting cassava products for foreign. I know through this lecture the volume and the numbers of Cassava farmers will increase by 2025. I will also like to know or if you have an idea about how we can acquire large hectares of land for farming in the south -south states because it is really a big problem in these side. Thanks you ma.
I can use Cassava to do fufu powder
I must really commend you and your team on your effort to bring up other farmers, I pray that God that has started this journey and brought you thus far will sustain and promote you the more in Jesus Christ name Amen. Please ma'am I don't know if it will be possible to lease and manage the farm land directly from psaltry.
Her commitment and mentorship to raise others is topnotch.
Congratulations Ma, for this year successful mentorship training. It is a very impactful training and a very commendable one. Thank you for your time, thank you for the knowledge shared and thank you for the willingness to lead us all through this Agrobusiness. And most importantly thank you for this feedback opportunity. Apart from the early Zoom technical issue, everything went well per my experience. My major concern has to do with my timing of coming to the class, missing some few minutes of the class due to extraneous situation. I was able to catch up most of the important points of the lecture, but it will be great to gain access to the full class record either through YouTube channel or any storage location. And please note Ma, some of us might not be so that outspoken as others but we will like a medium by which we can express ourselves to you. I messaged one of the coordinators and I was promised that you will reach back to me, but I have not heard anything since. I am a diaspora farmer, and I haven't been home to handle the farming myself. It has been a great experience even though I have not really break even. I am collaborating with some agricultural group called AFAN at the moment, and they have been very helpful since our engagement. Currently I have about 20 acres of land for cassava planting, and most of our challenges is getting cassava stem at the right time to plant. As of now I am contemplating using grower bags for those stems that we are able to gather during this early dry season period. Then secondly, monitoring and having responsible staff is another issue. And lastly, I hope I can have someone like you to partner with for guidance so that we can be rest assure that we are doing the right that will yield a successful outcome. Our main farm is along Isehin Road at Abayabeji village. And we have about 50 acres of new land at Ogbomosho, that will need initial clearing that I don't know how to go about it without spending too much. Also, we have 25 acres of land at Onikumo village around Isale Oyo area. With 11 acres at Obanako near Ilora in Oyo. All the farms are in Oyo, except for the Ogbomosho one that is a bit far. Please ma, I need a guidance on how to better utilize the lands and to make them a successful growing land. Please Ma I will appreciate if I can have a moment to discuss in detail about the farm and our objectives. Thank you for all the good work. My contact information is +1 315 520 4520 (same as WhatsApp line), abikeintensivefarming@gmail.com (by the way my farm name is Abike farm or Abike Intensive Farming, named after my Mama) and my name is Rasaki Badaru, residing in New Orleans, US. Thank you, Ma. May God bless you Ma. May God bless you ma.
Thank you so much, Madam Yemisi! Your class was incredibly informative and sparked my interest in cassava farming. I eagerly look forward to applying my knowledge and starting my cassava farming venture soon after my BSc.
